At the Infinite Potential Program, we demonstrate everyday that mental and physical exercises work wonders in improving the performance of the human body and brain. Albert Einstein is one of the most dramatic examples -- a man who is renown for his genius started his life with a set of severe disabilities. It is said that he did not speak until age seven. He had a dismal academic record at every grade level. Failing to gain entry to a post-graduate program, he resigned to apprentice in a clock shop -- the man who would later win the Nobel Prize for his theory of relativity! What happened to him? How could failure later blossom into genius? The answer is repetitive mental and physical exercises. Einstein was a devoted musician playing both the piano and the violin. It is believed that the physical movement, auditory stimulation, and use of fine motor skills in combination with mental concentration caused an explosive growth of nerve connections in his brain leading to his genius IQ.
